These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and HBO9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the HBO9 website located at hbo9.click, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

HBO9 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform offering a range of gambling products including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, sports wagering, instant-win games, and lottery-style products. The platform is operated under international online gaming licensing and is accessible to eligible users globally, including players based in Malaysia.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any supplemental policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered player account held with HBO9, through which the User accesses the platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by HBO9 to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money from a User to their HBO9 Account via a supported payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by HBO9 to validate the identity and eligibility of a User.
• "Promotional Offer" means any bonus, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive made available by HBO9 to eligible Users.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager before bonus-linked funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a User's Account Balance to their verified payment method.
• "Platform" means the HBO9 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services and tools operated at hbo9.click.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, branding, software code, game content, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to HBO9.

To register and maintain an Account with HBO9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. HBO9 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in line with responsible gambling obligations.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of gameplay.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, where HBO9 has determined that offering its services is not permissible, or where the platform's licensing does not extend.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of HBO9 or any of its affiliated entities, licensors, or suppliers.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or subject to any voluntary or mandatory gambling restriction that would prohibit your participation.
• You must have only one Account registered to your identity across the entire HBO9 platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

Malaysian players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the HBO9 platform is compliant with all applicable local laws and regulations. HBO9 does not operate under Malaysian government licensing. Players accessing the platform from Malaysia do so at their own discretion and legal risk.

To access real-money games and services on HBO9, you are required to register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as prompted during the registration process. The information required typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information submitted during registration and subsequently provided to HBO9 is truthful and accurate. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. HBO9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised, you must notify HBO9 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We will assist with securing your Account as promptly as possible.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the HBO9 platform. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

HBO9 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You will be required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal, and may be required to provide updated documentation at any time during the life of your Account.

5.1 Required Documents

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. Accounts that remain unverified after extended periods may be reviewed for closure in accordance with our AML obligations.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

HBO9 supports a range of Malaysian and international payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Available methods may vary by region and are subject to change without notice.

6.2 Deposits

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on behalf of another individual — are prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money laundering policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. E-wallet withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes to 1 hour. Bank transfers are typically processed within 1 to 6 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

6.4 Currency

The platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) as the primary display currency for Malaysian players. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. HBO9 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

HBO9 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. HBO9 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds are wagered before real-money funds unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are classified as bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, exploitation of promotional loopholes, or coordinated bonus abuse across a group of players, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential Account closure.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x, 35x). Unless stated otherwise, wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of activation unless otherwise specified. Upon expiry, uncompleted bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds will be removed from the Account without notice.

All bets and wagers placed through HBO9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. General wagering rules applicable across all products are set out below.

• Bets are final once confirmed. HBO9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet settlement, the outcome will be determined based on the server records maintained by HBO9 and/or the relevant game provider. These records constitute conclusive evidence of the outcome.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable at the time of bet placement and confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• HBO9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or in contravention of these Terms.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per day, or per promotion period may apply and will be communicated in the relevant game or offer terms.
• Bets placed on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other sporting events are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body. Abandoned or postponed events are handled in accordance with each sport's standard rules as applied by HBO9's sportsbook partner.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the HBO9 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus abuse.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform interface. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not payable and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting on promotions, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, or systematic exploitation of free bets.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward HBO9 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any portion of the platform's software, game mechanics, or security systems.

All intellectual property on the HBO9 platform — including the HBO9 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, software, and all other proprietary elements — is the exclusive property of HBO9 or is used under licence from the respective rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of HBO9.

HBO9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to comply with KYC or AML requirements within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or cheating.
• A request for self-exclusion by the Account holder under the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• A legally valid request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

In cases of Account closure due to player breach, HBO9 may withhold any pending or processed withdrawal amounts pending the outcome of an investigation. In cases where fraud or money laundering is substantiated, funds may be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned via the player's verified payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HBO9, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other commercial or economic loss.

HBO9's total aggregate liability to any individual user under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that user during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. HBO9 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.

Where material changes are made to these Terms, HBO9 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include displaying a notification on the platform, sending an email to the registered address, or posting an announcement on the website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which HBO9's operating licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact HBO9 to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. HBO9 will endeavour to address complaints and disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. For formal complaints, please contact us via the details set out in Section 17 below.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent or interim injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the resolution of a dispute.
